Carsten Ellermeier is CEO and owner of the DELTEC Group in Furth im Wald. He is one of the leading entrepreneurs in the German-speaking EMS sector and is known for his consistent drive to develop the EMS business within a dynamic market environment.
Previously, he headed the PRETTL Electronics Division and the EMBS battery pack division, shaping the company’s evolution from an EMS service provider to a partner covering the entire product life cycle. Ellermeier is regarded as a pioneer of sustainable and resilient EMS business models. Through initiatives focused on digital transformation, sustainable, carbon-neutral production and transparent supply chains, he is driving the further development of electronics manufacturing. Under his leadership, end-to-end digital processes with full traceability and real-time transparency were established. By taking over the DELTEC Group following its insolvency, Ellermeier deliberately assumed responsibility and set out the ambition to reposition an established EMS company to meet the challenges of the future.
