Daniel Frieg is Managing Director of GBS Electronic Solutions GmbH and in this role is responsible for sales and marketing for the GBS EMS Group, which includes Elektron Systeme und Komponenten in Weißenohe as well as the Bayreuth site. With a combined annual turnover of around 45 million euros, the group is one of the established medium-sized EMS service providers in Germany. The economics graduate has been working in electronics manufacturing for almost 20 years. After more than 15 years in senior sales positions, he took over the management of GBS Electronic Solutions around two and a half years ago. His focus is on strategic customer development, the positioning of the group of companies in the competitive environment and the development of a future-oriented sales organisation.
