Jasmin Konnegen (M. Eng.) is a passionate electrical engineer who supports the European electronics industry to secure our economic location in the long term through networking, greater visibility and efficiency.

She is CEO of CHANGE LIGHT-LY, driving force behind ProudlyEngineeredInEurope, France ambassador of the Vienna EMS customer portal of bee produced and at the same time works actively in the EMS industry at SRM Mikroelektronik in Berlin.

Their expertise is characterized by an unusual combination of entrepreneurship, engineering, networking, and corporate restructuring.

As a trainee, she quickly recognized structural and organizational problems and developed practical solutions – a skill that proved crucial during the pandemic when she played a key role in the restructuring of an insolvent lighting manufacturer.

Today, she combines more than 20 years of experience in the fields of event technology, test system automation, lighting development, product and innovation management, EMS and leadership for restructuring.

While making Europe's electronics know-how future-proof and more resilient, at SRM it maintains its practical relevance and continues to have firsthand knowledge of the industry's everyday problems.
