Martin Vierling is the managing partner of the VIERLING Group and heads a technology-driven EMS company with around 90 employees. A graduate engineer in mechatronics with a focus on production systems, he has practical experience in electronics manufacturing: his career began not in management, but directly in production, IT, and the optimization of production processes.

From an early age, he focused intensively on digitalization and efficient processes; topics he has consistently implemented in his company. Today, seamless, intelligent processes along the entire value chain characterize his entrepreneurial approach. His guiding principle is: "Digital First – Human Best".

As an entrepreneur, Martin Vierling knows the challenges facing German SMEs firsthand. He is convinced that the competitiveness of EMS companies in high-wage Germany does not arise from lower wages, but from better processes, digitalization, and entrepreneurial collaboration.
