Matthias Holsten is an experienced, versatile management consultant with extensive technical training and over 25 years of experience in the development and manufacturing processes of the EMS industry. He served as Managing Director of a renowned E²MS company for seven years, during which time he gained in-depth knowledge in the management and optimization of corporate processes.

Matthias has been working as a consultant for more than a decade. His focus is on optimizing sales structures, analyzing and redesigning change processes, and outsourcing for OEMs, supporting them from analysis and consulting to implementation. He also specializes in mergers and acquisitions, assisting companies with production relocations or expansions, and assisting with the search and selection of specialists and executives.
