Dr. Ralf Hasler is Managing Director of Incap Electronics Germany and a member of the management team of the international Incap Group. Previously, as long-time Managing Director and owner of the Lacon Group, he developed the company into one of the leading electronics service providers in Germany. Under his leadership, the group grew from a medium-sized EMS provider to an internationally operating technology and engineering partner.

The engineer, who holds a doctorate, combines technical expertise with strategic management experience. Before joining the EMS industry, he worked as an Associate Partner at Roland Berger and held leading positions in the electronics industry.

For years, he has focused on digitalization, automation, and the transformation of business processes in electronics manufacturing. As a thought leader in the use of AI in industrial companies, Hasler explores how agent-based systems will change value creation, collaboration, and decision-making processes.
