Sven Krumpel is a proven expert in the electronics industry and an experienced manager with decades of expertise in component distribution. As a long-time Managing Director and co-owner of CODICO GmbH, he succeeded in developing the company from a regional supplier to the leading European design-in distributor for electronic components – and did so during a period in which component manufacturers and distributors themselves were successfully navigating a period of consolidation. Under his leadership, CODICO consistently grew faster than the market and was distinguished by technological expertise, strategic vision, and a strong customer focus.

Krumpel has succeeded in identifying and successfully exploiting new growth potential, even in challenging times. He understands how to analyze complex market mechanisms and develop strategies that drive companies forward sustainably.
